Gubernatorial Debate
 
I was Press Manager for the Tiger TV 2015 Gubernatorial Debate. This consisted of being in charge of who came to the debate, while also writing press releases that were sent out to multiple media outlets. During the debate, I was in charge of social media. I was continually tweeting what the candidates were saying, while also posting pictures on Instagram. 
 
Iowa of the Tiger
 
I went on a 12-day study abroad trip to Des Moines, Iowa during winter break. In Iowa, I studied the Iowa Caucus, while also going to multiple presidential events. Throughout the trip, we were able to talk to campaigns, lawyers, and professors who gave us an incite to the caucus process. Throughout the trip, we discussed how each candidate appeals to us and to the crowd. We analyzed their campaigns and how the media plays a part in politics.
